Established in 1986, Tennessee Voices for Children is a statewide non-profit organization committed to improving the well-being of children and youth with serious emotional and behavioral disorders and their families.  TVC works as a strong partner with parents, teachers, professionals, child serving agencies, juvenile justice, researchers and public officials to accomplish this goal.
