Tennessee
Voices for Children is committed to helping people understand
children's mental health issues. The TVC library contains over
4200 items including books, brochures, newsletters, magazines,
audio and video cassettes. Currently the library covers 75 different
topics related to children's mental health issues. The TVC library
is open to everyone who has an interest in children's mental
health. TVC's library has books for parents, family members,
professionals and children. Checking out materials is easy. TVC's
library also has a computer available for use by the general
public. We have a simple borrower's agreement form that simply
requires contact information and a signature. We allow up to
5 different items to be checked out at a time. Books must be
returned within 21 days. Audio and video cassettes are to be
returned within 7 days. Any and all materials once checked out
of the TVC library are entrusted to the person who signed the
materials out of the TVC library. If any materials are damaged
or lost, the person will be expected to replace the materials
at the full and current replacement cost of the materials. TVC
has a full-time librarian available to assist you both in person,
via email TVC@tnvoices.org or
on the phone 269-7751.
